Icing On The Cake

Icing On The Cake (IOC) is an additional Compensation Plan added to the existing DXN Marketing Plan. It also enables the participated members to use, share and sell DXN products as seed of investment and earn exponential income.

IOC is an international plan and participated members can get bonus from their overseas downlines who have joined the plan. The plan is currently listed on the markets of the Europe, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Mongolia, Indonesia, Thailand, Russia, Mexico, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, USA, Canada, Australia and Singapore.

Uni-Level Bonus (5% - 15%)
The Uni-Level Bonus will be calculated from 1st to 11th level of new IOC downlines.

Rules of Uni-Level Bonus

  1. To entitle for the Uni-Level Bonus, i-Member needs to have downline (existing/new members) under 1st to 11th level joining the IOC plan
  2. Each i-Member may purchase more than one i-Package, with the following conditions :
    • 1st pack must be placed under the actual upline as in Marketing Plan hierarchy. If the direct upline is not joining the IOC plan, the system will automatically define the closest upline as i-Upline. Same for Uni-level Sales Value (i-SV), it will be compressed to the closest upline from 1st to 11th level.
    • For subsequent i-Package purchased (2nd pack onwards), i-Member may choose to place the additional packs under his 1st i-Code or any of his subsequent i-Codes. Any downline to be placed under 2nd i-Code should be a new i-Member in the particular month (before icing bonus processing) who have joined as DXN member after the implementation of IOC.
  3. If an i-Member wish to place new downline under his other i-Codes other than his own 1st i-Code, he must define the i-Upcode during the IOC registration. Otherwise the system will automatically place the said new downline under the 1st i-Code.
  4. The hierarchy of IOC will be compressed and not fixed during each bonus process. Members are allowed to join at their own position based on existing marketing plan hierachy at any time they wish. The hierarchy will not be affected although his downline has joined earlier.
  5. If a member did not join this plan, the IOC bonus based on the i-SV shall be passed over to those uplines who already joined according to the compressed hierarchy. If at any later stage this member joins to this plan, he will get the bonus from his newly joined downlines in his group thereafter.
  6. Only i-SV from new i-Members will be counted for each bonus process, meaning the i-SV used to calculate Uni-Level Bonus will be counted based on the total new i-Member who joined IOC at that particular week (weekly i-SV cut off).
  7. There is no any qualification or monthly maintenance needed to entitle for this bonus.

The Icing Profit Sharing Fund will be accumulated and calculated from all NEW i-Members.

Rules of Icing Profit Sharing

  1.  All i-Members who have NEW i-Member (downline) from 12th level onward will be entitled for the Icing Profit Sharing (i-PS) Bonus.
  2.  i-PS Fund will be accumulated from all new i-Members who joined during the 6 months fiscal period. The respective i-SV of all the new i-Member (downline) of each participating i-Members from 12th level onward will be counted and added up.
  3.  i-PS Fund will be accumulated and to be cut off every 6 months. The i-PS fund will not be carried forward to the next fiscal period.
  4.  i-PS Fund for new i-Members (12th level onward) from different countries will be converted into one standard currency before proceed to i-PS calculation.
  5.  i-PS will be paid in every 6 months. DXN may change/extend the 6 months period of the i-PS without prior communication and consent from members.

Definition of Terms

Code : DXN Member code (9 digits).
Upcode : DXN Sponsor's member code (9 digits).
i-Package : A package that need to purchase to join the IOC plan.
i-Member : Existing or new DXN member who purchased i-Package.
i-Code : IOC Member Code (13 digits consist of 9-digit DXN member code + 2-digit package code + 2-digit running no.)
i-Upcode : IOC Sponsor's member code (13 digits consist of 9-digit DXN member code + 2-digit package code + 2-digit running no.)
i-SV : SV associated to each i-Package value.
Promotion PV : PV associated to product redemption meant for status promotion to Star Agent only.

IOC Terms and Conditions

  1.  Purchase of any IOC unit is valid only upon full payment. Purchase under this plan is optional.
  2.  A non member may participate in the IOC plan and will automatically become a DXN member with a unique member code with life time membership (subject to DXN Distributorship Rules and Regulations).
  3.  A member can purchase any number of units to create new lines (maximum up to 2nd level) under his/her own i-Codes. From the 3rd level onwards, it should be a real new member.
  4.  If a member opts to buy more than 1 unit of i-Packages, all the units shall be purchased under the same hierarchy.
  5.  The i-Upcode must be defined if the member wishes to place his/her own extra i-Package units or new i-Member downlines under any of his own specific i-Codes other than his 1st i-Code.
  6.  Sponsorship is not allowed from cross line. The existing marketing plan hierarchy is used for this IOC hierarchy.
  7.  No sponsor changes is allowed in IOC in whatever circumstances.
  8.  If a member did not join this plan, the IOC bonus based on the i-SV shall be passed over to the closest uplines who already joined according to the compressed hierarchy. If at any later stage this member joins to this plan, he will get the IOC bonus from his newly joined downlines in his group thereafter.
  9.  With purchase of one unit of i-Package, i-Member will be entitled to redeem (one time and immediate redemption) any mix of DXN products worth the same Distributor Price (DP) value with the i-Package purchased from any DXN branches/service centres.
  10.  The PV from the redemption of DXN products will be given for status promotion purpose (Promotion PV to become Star Agent, but NOT considered for any monthly qualification, monthly bonus entitlement, Travel Incentive and Hand Phone Cash Incentive as per conditions under existing marketing plan).
  11.  However, the SV will turned to i-SV and solely meant for IOC bonus only and is not associated with the existing Marketing Plan. Therefore there will be no SV point recognized for any bonus entitlement whatsoever under the existing Marketing Plan.
  12.  The product redemption is only allowed in the same country where the i-Package is purchased.
  13.  Uni-level Bonus payment will be on a weekly basis and profit sharing will be paid once in every six months.
  14.  IOC Weekly Bonus Cut off schedule :
    Week 1    :    01st - 07th        Week 3    :    15th - 21st
    Week 2   :    08th - 14th        Week 4    :    22nd - month end
    Bonus will be calculated as per the above IOC Bonus Week schedule. It is estimated to be paid in 6 working days after the cut off date.
  15.  DXN reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the IOC plan any time without prior communication and consent from members.
